Applied Mechanics Corp./AMCOR manufactures standard tooling for the metal forming industry in Grand Rapids, Michigan. With our flexible machines and manufacturing systems, we can also assist with custom tooling and machining needs. AMCOR has a variety of equipment, ranging from single and multi-spindle turning centers, chuckers, screw machines, manual lathes, and CNC turning and machining centers. AMCOR also can provide surface grinding, broaching, drilling, tapping, I.D. and O.D. threading services. We are a full-service machine shop that specializes in production and precision turning with a core competency of 1/8” to 3” in diameter and up to 9” long.
