BH Head Liner Drill Bushing

Headed drill bushings are designed with tight tolerances and concentricity for drilling and locating applications. They feature a shoulder that can handle greater axial force. Boneham headed drill bushings are crafted from high-quality carbon steel and hardened to 60-64 HRC. These bushings have leads and chamfers for easy installation and use, and they are partly marked for easy identification. Boneham maintains a large inventory of drill bushings and can manufacture custom specials to meet specific requirements. Un-ground ODs can also be supplied. For harder bushings, Boneham Nitralloy is available.
