DESTACO Pneumatic Power Cylinders deliver over 13,000 lbf (60 kN) of rod force in a straightforward double-acting pneumatic package. Utilizing the wedge lever principle, these cylinders feature a two-step stroke: the forward stroke for a certain distance and the power stroke, which amplifies force over a short distance (6-7 mm). During the forward stroke, the rod force matches that of a traditional pneumatic cylinder, while the power stroke offers a mechanical advantage of up to 10:1. These pneumatic power cylinders are ideal for providing the power source for tools and devices used in clamping, punching, stamping, notching, coining, riveting, pressing, and clinching applications.
