Headed drill bushings are precision components designed for drilling and locating applications, ensuring tight tolerance and concentricity. They feature a shoulder to withstand greater axial force. Boneham headed drill bushings are made from high-quality carbon steel and are hardened to 60-64 HRC. These bushings also include leads and chamfers for easy installation and use, and are partly marked for easy identification. Boneham maintains a large inventory and can manufacture custom specials as needed. Un-ground ODs are available upon request. For harder bushings, Boneham offers Nitralloy options.
