Halder Centering Clamping Mandrels

Centering clamping elements and centering clamping mandrels are mechanical devices used for centering and clamping components with a locating bore—whether through or blind holes. Commonly referred to as bore clamps or hole clamps, these tools allow for both centering and frictional clamping of components.

Versions with clamping balls are designed for rapid and precise centering and clamping of unmachined components (raw clamping range). Versions with clamping segments are ideal for gently centering and clamping pressure-sensitive and machined parts with delicate surfaces (turned, milled, ground), and they also pull components down onto the support points.

All centering clamping elements offer a wide adjustment range and a low overall height. Models for bottom operation can be used manually or with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Centering clamping mandrels can be customized to the specific mounting diameter through turning or milling.
